Spraylat Acquisition by PPG Industries is Complete

Dear Valued Sign Customers and Channel Partners:

PPG Industries’ acquisition of Spraylat Corporation was completed on Monday, December 17. As previously communicated, Spraylat’s sign group and brands will be integrated with Matthews Paint Company.

At this early stage, we have no announcements to make other than that the acquisition is complete. Please continue to do business with MPC and Spraylat as you are accustomed. Continue to use your usual sales/service representatives, ordering processes and policies, and technical support for each brand. We will provide routine and timely updates in the coming weeks and months regarding any planned changes or improvements.

We remain committed to develop and implement an integration plan that enhances the value of MPC and Spraylat technology, knowledge, and passion focused on you, our valued sign customers and channel partners.
